Arrogant Bastard Ale

Stone Brewing Co.

Dark caramel colored brew. Mountainous tan head that does not give up and completely coats the glass in creamy lacing.

Spicy aroma of pine-like hops. Rich toffee and almonds. Citrus fruit aroma. Incredibly complex.

Flavor is unparalleled. Starts with a bold, hearty, rye bread malt character. Assertive hop comes to life in the perfect balance with a spicy herbal, citrusy, pine flavor. Definitely has some Cascade hops. Sweet caramel, toffee, toasted almonds come in later adding depth and mellowing out the experience. Finishes semi-dry with tons of lingering flavors.

Kwak

Pauwel

Discover a very mellow, fruity attack, a nougat-like solidity, and a slightly spicy character with hints of liquorice passing into a warm finish that reminds you of caramelised banana. The bitterness always remains in the background but in the end emerges delicately.

St. Arnold Sailing Santa

St. Arnold Brewing Co.

Blend of Elissa and Christmas Ale

About Elissa:
A traditional India Pale Ale, the Elissa IPA is very hoppy with a properly balanced malty body. Elissa has huge hop additions in the kettle that give it a wonderful bitterness and is then dry-hopped in the fermenter to create the pleasant floral, hoppy nose. Our reverse osmosis water makes the bitter very soft with no harsh notes to it. The maltiness is derived from British Maris Otter malt. Its rich flavor stands up to the hops that would otherwise dominate this beer. The Elissa is an authentic version of an India Pale Ale (IPA) style.

About Christmas Ale:
A rich, hearty ale perfect for the holiday season with a malty sweetness and spicy hop character. The generous use of five different malts is responsible for the full flavor and high alcohol level of this beer Saint Arnold Christmas Ale is best consumed at 45° F.
