Tiamo Prosecco
Straw yellow with fresh and rich fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit that fade into the floral bouquet The palate is fresh and fruity with fine bubbles. Tiamo Prosecco pairs well with lighter cuisine food, especially fish/shellfish and softer cheeses. It's an ideal aperitif and with any appetizer.
Vallagrina Pinot Grigio
Fruity, floral, fine, distinctive. Dry, slightly acidulous, fresh and persistent.
Villa Annaberta Valpolicella
The wine is very rich and tasteful with a full bodied bouquet and lots of heavy, fruity notes. Though not a Amarone it has a good and heavy structure, though not as full bodied and long lasting in taste. Still a bit young, but it has potential to develop in the next couple of years.

What are Wine Flights?
Wine flights, also sometimes referred to as tasting flights, are tastings of multiple wines, in order to get a feel for breadth or depth. Wine flights are usually intended for those new to the experience of tasting wine, or those who want to increase their understanding of a specific region, vintage, or varietal. Our flight/tasting program is offered all day and will change every month. The flights are 5 glass tastings for $15. Please ask our wait-staff for this month's flight.
