Assobio Red Blend
This opaque and dark purple colored red blend from Portugal is a steal and was very well received by our tasting group. It opens with a spicy black cherry bouquet with hint of black raspberry and blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, fruit forward and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a very tasty berry and black cherry blend with touch of oak towards the back palate. The finish is dry and it's mild fine tannins are friendly. This quaffer is the not the most complex wine, but you will definitely want a second glass.
Dos Santos Tawny Port
Crystal clear, deep ruby red color. The typical grape varieties of the Port region are very apparent in this wine, which has been slowly aged. The characteristic flavours of Port wines stand out in this wine.
Quinta Dos Murcas
Dense, opaque, violet hues. Complex aromas, typical Douro varietal red berry fruits with subtle smokey notes. Firm and solid with elegant fruit notes and discrete toast. Well structured, good balance and persistence. Stately and rich wine, to accompany mushrooms stuffed with goat cheese until the tenderloin Steak of Veal. Leaving the palate with an incredible sensation of simple elegance.

What are Wine Flights?
Wine flights, also sometimes referred to as tasting flights, are tastings of multiple wines, in order to get a feel for breadth or depth. Wine flights are usually intended for those new to the experience of tasting wine, or those who want to increase their understanding of a specific region, vintage, or varietal. Our flight/tasting program is offered all day and will change every month. The flights are 5 glass tastings for $15. Please ask our wait-staff for this month's flight.
